When it comes to your privacy, we take things very seriously. We're not interested in selling, passing on or in anyway revealing your personal email address to anyone. We regularily delete any partially completed messages to ensure we hold the minimum amount of personal information required. We make a point of only asking for the information we absolutely need to offer the service we do.
We do not contact your intended recipients other than when we have to send them your message - to do so would be illegal anyway as it would be unsolicited mail.
There is nowhere for you to unsubscribe from our mailings, because we don't send any out. Any email you receive from us will be either directly related to the messages you've set up, or will be important system information that we think you really need to know about (no, not thinly veiled advertisements).
If you've received one (or more) emails as an intended recipient, and you really don't want to receive them, firstly - please don't threaten us with any sort of legal action, we're a messaging service and the email originated from someone else, not us. We can do the following things to help you:
- Add your email address to a blocklist so it cannot be used on this system
- Tell you the verified email address and even IP of the originator (when required to reveal this by law)
- Block the sender's email address from using the system
